Description
The Kahala Hotel & Resort announces their 2012 Wine & Food Festival: A Celebration of France in association with their month-long commemoration of Julia Child's 100th birthday.Joining The Kahala culinary team with Executive Chef Wayne Harabayashi are guest chefs from of Tango Contemporary Café; William Chen of Beachhouse at Moana; Jon Matsubara of Azure; Kanani Lincoln of Hale Aina Catering; Kevin Hanney from 12th Avenue Grill and SALT; Russell Siu from 3660 On The Rise; and Ronnie Nasuti of Tiki's Bar & Grill to create a specialty menu that focuses on the diversity of French cuisine.  Guests will also enjoy a carefully prepared wine showcasing by Hawaii's youngest Master Sommelier, Patrick Okubo.
