DESCRIPTION:The sinking of the Titanic in the early hours of April 15\, 1912\, remains the quintessential disaster of the last century. Titanic The Musical\, is presented on the 100th anniversary of the ship\'s sinking. The story begins on the docks\, with songs filled with  optimism and joy at boarding this new sailing marvel. Things   turn somber  when the iceberg is hit. In the First Class Dining Salon\,   passengers  refuse to believe that anything is wrong\, annoyed at being   awakened in  the middle of the night. The   seriousness of the situation becomes  quickly apparent. Women and   children are ordered into the lifeboats\,  while the men are forced to   stay behind. As the last of the lifeboats  depart\, those remaining   accept their fate. In   the wee hours of the  morning\, the survivors are rescued.
