MDA Telethon Executive Lock Up

The Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Hawaii Theatre will host the Telethon Executive Lock-up.

Over the past few weeks, over 500 community leaders and business owners have been accused of having big hearts and have been sentenced to an hour of "jail" time at the Hawaii Theatre. Currently, they are working to fundraise their "bail" by asking everyone they know to make a donation to MDA.  While in "jail" they'll enjoy a gourmet version of "bread and water" provided by Marians Catering. If someone you know has been sentenced to "jail" time for MDA, you can help by making a donation.  Remember, you can even pay to keep them in the cell!

All funds raised for this event allow us to serve over 500 children and adults in Hawaii living with muscular dystrophy.  These services include diagnostic and follow-up care through clinics and support groups; funding assistance with repairs to medical equipment; a week-long summer camp program; and financial support to provide educational materials, seminars and research.
