What is HNLnow.com?

HNLnow.com is an online event guide for Hawaii. Events are listed in 5 categories including Arts (Theatre, Comedy, Artistic Expression, and Fashion), Music (Concerts, Live Bands, Performances), Nightlife (DJs, Clubs, Bars), and Events (Special Events, Gatherings, Educational, Festivals, Fairs, Outdoor) and LGBT (Alternative and gay friendly events).

Who maintains HNLnow.com?

HNLnow.com is a locally owned and operated website. Honolulu radio personality "Maleko" from Star 101.9-FM, and his business partner Kevin Cotton launched the site in March, 2006. Each day, a small team of content managers manually add new events, and update existing listings on the site. All of this is done right here in Hawaii, using local resources and local employees.

Where do the events come from?

Hawaii Events are listed and provided on HNLnow.com as free service to the community. Events are mostly self-submitted from local promoters and venues. Some events are imported from bulletin boards, social networks, and other event listing sites.

Publish your event for free using our online submission form: http:///HNLnow.com/submit. You can either enter the information directly or EZ-Import from other sites, like Facebook.

Why should I LOGIN with Facebook?

HNLnow uses advanced Facebook APIs to give you secure access to your content on our site. If you are submitting events to our site, your Facebook Login will let you access those events later to edit, modify or delete them. The Facebook Login also lets you EZ-Import events you've already published on Facebook. This saves you time, and makes event submission a snap!

Submitting your event to HNLnow.com exposes it to thousands of Hawaii residents and visitors that aren't connected to you on Facebook, and gives you much more promotional exposure.
